What is Disha?
Disha means direction. You describe your business once; we turn that into a Growth Diagnosis — what is holding growth back and the three things to do first — and hand it to an experienced marketing leader before you meet. The diagnosis is free and yours to keep. The hour with the expert is the part you pay for.
Who are the experts?
Experienced digital marketing leaders — people who have taken established businesses into new countries, built demand in markets where there was none, and found the real constraint behind stalled growth. Every one of them is invited and vetted by us; there is no open sign-up.
How does Disha choose the right expert for me?
A person does it, not an algorithm. Someone at Nexnal reads your Growth Diagnosis and assigns the leader whose experience matches your problem — and writes you the reason. You hear back within one business day. If the match is not right, decline it once and we find you someone else.
Do I need to prepare anything before the meeting?
No — the preparation has already happened. Share your links, answer five questions once, and that becomes the Growth Diagnosis your expert reads. Nothing you have already told us gets asked again.
How long is the expert session?
One hour is the minimum, and the shortest session you can book. Longer sessions are bookable in 30-minute increments. You pick the time from the expert’s own published availability, shown in your timezone.
How much does it cost?
Nothing until you book an hour. The Growth Diagnosis and the match are free, and you keep the diagnosis either way. When you do book: each expert sets their own rate, so you see the rate of the one you were matched with, with the Nexnal platform fee, the card charge and taxes each on their own line. The platform fee is added to the expert’s rate rather than taken out of it, so they receive what they set. Everything is itemised before you choose a slot — nothing appears for the first time at checkout. Cancel and you are refunded in full, whenever you cancel and whoever cancels.
Is this a sales call?
No. Nexnal pays the expert for the hour, so there is nothing for them to sell you — and Disha is not an agency, so we do not pitch to execute the work either. Their job is to tell you what is actually wrong, what matters most, and what to do next.
