The Growth Diagnosis costs nothing
You describe your business once, Disha turns it into a Growth Diagnosis, and a person reads that diagnosis and matches you to an expert. All of it happens before you are asked for a card.
You keep it whether or not you go on to book an hour.

The expert's fee
Set by your expert
Each expert sets their own hourly rate, so there is no single price on this page — you see the rate of the expert you have actually been matched with, before you book anything. One hour is the minimum and the shortest session that exists; anything shorter is not enough time to be useful. Longer sessions are bookable in 30-minute steps.
The Nexnal platform fee
Added on top, never deducted
A separate, named line. It sits on top of the expert’s fee rather than being taken out of it, so your expert receives the rate they set. That is what pays for the diagnosis, the document they read before meeting you, the person who chose them, and holding your money until after the conversation.

All four are added together and shown to you before a single time slot is selectable. Nothing appears for the first time at the payment screen, and the platform fee is named on the very first expert card you see, not at checkout.
If you cancel, you get all of it back
Whenever you cancel. Whoever cancels. No deduction, no window, no percentage. Change your mind an hour before and the money comes back in full.
If the expert does not turn up, that is an automatic full refund and it counts against them.
Your expert is not paid until afterwards
Nexnal is the merchant of record — you pay us, not the expert. After the meeting the money is held for a short window while you decide whether it was worth it. Raise a valid problem in that window and you are refunded in full; otherwise it is released to the expert.
The window’s length and the list of reasons that count are published in the terms, in force before you pay, and you are told both at booking rather than afterwards.
Questions people ask about the money
- Is the platform fee taken out of what my expert earns?
- No. It is added on top. Your expert receives the full rate they set, which is exactly why good people are willing to be on the roster.
- Do I pay anything for the Growth Diagnosis?
- No. It costs nothing and you keep it whether or not you go on to book.
- What if the expert cannot help?
- Then you say so inside the window and you are refunded in full.
The diagnosis is free. The price of the hour is your expert’s to set.
You will see it, itemised in full, before you choose a time.
And cancelling refunds every rupee of it, whenever you cancel and whoever cancels.
